Membership Options

OPTION 1

One Family Adjustment Per Month $75 a month - (immediate family only seen on the same day)

OPTION 2

Chiropractic Wellness Membership $150 a month - Unlimited Chiropractic Services (*Unlimited Chiropractic Membership Rules and Guidelines)

OPTION 3

Family Chiropractic Wellness Membership $210 a month - Unlimited Chiropractic Services (*Unlimited Chiropractic Membership Rules and Guidelines) (immediate family only)

OFFICE ASSURANCE PLAN

Is $99 to start including the initial exam with a $30 premium that is automatically deducted each month and $15 per person per visit. This package is for an entire family. (The initial exams for the family has to be done on the same day.)
